The Crown Prosecution Service released the footage today, which shows Daley trying to speak to her husband during the row, which resulted in a drink being spilled.

Mr. Black, who won an Oscar in 2008 for best original screenplay for Milk, described the judge’s dismissal as a “moment of liberation”.

Daley and Black welcomed their first child Robert Ray in 2018 via surrogate, and their second son Phoenix Rose in April this year.
