What is Achaari Paneer Pulao?
Achaari Paneer Pulao is a perfect example of how you can transform something as ordinary as pulao into an exotic dish. The rice is cooked with a variety of aromatic spices, paneer tern, and the star of the dish, lemon pickle (achaar). This is what gives this pulao its distinct achaari taste. If you don’t prefer the taste of lemon pickle, feel free to experiment with other pickles, such as green chili or mango. This pulao offers a fusion of tantalizing flavors and is perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner. It tastes best when combined with refreshing raita and pickled onions.
